Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how fourfour3 (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the FourWard Discord application and the website fourward.fourfour3.cc (together, “FourWard”). This page is informational copy and is not legal advice.
Who we are
FourWard is operated by fourfour3. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Your Discord account ID and username when you use a FourWard command, plus when you first and last used it and whether the app is installed on your account.
- The vectors you set up: which Discord and/or Roblox accounts you chose to track, and an optional nickname.
- Public profile data about tracked accounts, fetched from Discord and Roblox: usernames, display names, avatars, banners, bios, online presence, friend/follower/following counts and lists, group memberships and recent badges. FourWard only reads information that Discord and Roblox make publicly available to apps.
How long we keep it
- Change history (what changed and when) and notification records are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- The latest snapshot of a tracked account is deleted once nobody has tracked it for 7 days.
- Links between Discord and Roblox accounts are kept after a vector is removed.
- Error logs and aggregate usage counters (for example, how many commands ran per hour) are kept for operating the service.
How we use it
Data is used only to run FourWard: to detect changes on accounts you track, to send you direct messages about them, and to show you their history. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Third parties
- Discord
- Roblox
- Railway
- Cloudflare
Those parties process data under their own policies.
Your choices
You can stop tracking anyone with /delvector. Removing FourWard from your Discord account pauses all of your
vectors. To request deletion of your data, contact [email protected].
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
